  When I was working at the company, I changed the task and took over the software department. We produced desktop and mobile software using a variety of technologies including C#. I was responsible for changing the existing software used in Barsan Global Logistics and developing new software. Using ASP.net, MVC, Xamarin technologies with my team; we have produced software solutions for business areas such as logistics, storage, customs clearance.Although I am still supporting the programs written in Delphi, my main task in this process was to establish integration with customers and to solve problems in existing integrations. With dozens of companies such as Bosch, P&G, Toyota, I have established integrations using technologies such as EDI, SOAP, FTP, SFTP.We used the scrum method as a team. During the time I worked here, I managed the software team of 8 people and the process development team of 4 people.I was R&D director and Software / Process Development Department Manager in the company. Show less While I was working at Barsan Global Lojistik, I moved to ITU (Maslak) technocity and changed the organization structure.I continued to develop the software that I developed in the logistics department of the company. I continued to work on desktop and mobile device software written on Delphi + MSSQL, web service and XML integrations and web interfaces realized on ASP.net and C # with other systems. I have produced solutions in logistics, transportation and warehouse areas.I was responsible for and managed projects that produce logistics and storage solutions for many customers such as Koton, M&S, GAP, Aeropostal, Citroen, LG, Markapark, Magna, Honda, Bosch.
