  Caddy for elite amateur golfers, specifically (not exclusively) for my sons, Sam, Ollie and CJ. Caddied Ollie when he became the youngest ever (aged 16) winner of the Scottish Golf Amateur Championship at Glasgow Gailes in the 100th year of the event being played in 2022. Caddied Sam when he became the first British winner of the Abu Dhabi Amateur played at Saadiyat Beach Golf Club in December 2023. Caddied Cameron when he won the USKids UAE championship in 2021. Other experience includes caddying on The Asian Tour, The Alps Tour, Open Final Qualifying and at The Amateur Championship (Strokeplay & Matchplay) 3 times. Strengths are judging the elements for yardages, motivation, fun and nutrition/hydration. They hit all the shots, which is the hard part. Keeps me fit, grateful and active. Leading a great team there we - - grew FRG's Talent Acquisition team from 8 to 17 Globally whilst upskilling, training, incentivising and motivating the team swiftly - made Predictive Analytics live, implemented and embedded across the Global Business - led an internal recruitment and referral drive generating over 3600 leads - led growth of FRG's Global Headcount from 770 to 960 salespeople - led development channels on Glassdoor & Kununu - rolled out a TA Engagement Social Media Kit with all Team Leaders and below - rolled out, trained, upskilled and embedded a TA Toolkit with every Hiring Manager in the company in the USA and EMEA & APAC - ran and oversaw from an HR perspective various engagement events - hit the company target of 100 new starters (sales) for the month of April - developed and rolled out FRG Overview Prezi for USA, EMEA & APAC - met with and developed key relationships for FRG with key personnel at universities in the UK & across the USA - worked to get the FRG Corporate Intranet fit for purpose and refreshed - developed FRG's Social Media Channels and FollowersAfter building out these functions I returned to leading the next phase of our growth at 2Circles Consulting, a business to business telecoms provider, that we founded in 2008.
