  I am responsible for creating all purchase orders of rental and service agreements and the updates on the contract system. Involved in the testing of a new contract system and providing suggestions on system improvements. Assist with general purchasing queries from internal and external clients. Manage the diaries of two managers in the Department. Preparing data to be used in strategic decision making by management. In future I will be involved in assisting with training of users. I was responsible for all Clinical Trial accounts within Ampath. I also dealt with the procurement of all materials required for Clinical Trials as well as Departmental requirements. Reported on income and expenses of the Department. Assisted the head of department with budget preparation. Performed secretarial duties for the Pathologist. Assisted in preparing validation and verification documents to be signed off by the Pathologist.
