  • Led process analysis, developed framework of assessing processing unit & finalizing the potential optimization in carrying out Real Time Optimization (RTO) Feasibility Study in EOG plant to ensure that the facility is fit to implement the technology.• Conducted 2 Advanced Process Control (APC) Feasibility Study in Bintulu Integrated Facility (BIF) Complex & Ammonia Plant• Assessing, modify & commission PSR-1 Automatic Combustion Control (ACC) concept from air flow correction to air/fuel ratio.• Led new APC design & benefit calculation for MLNG3 in migration from native SMOC controller to PACE controller.• Conducted quarterly audit on the certified two Acid Gas Thermal Oxidizers (AGTO) stacks to comply to DOE Clean Air Regulations 2014. Show less • Successfully commissioned & maintained APC controllers at Olefins Cracker, Heavy Separation and Light Separation Section together with Composite Linear Programming (CLP) for feed maximization of 7 crackers, resulting in more stable conversion, improved ethylene/propylene recovery and smoother plant charge up/down. • Carrying out Base Layer Controller Assessment & Rectification (BLCAR) for the following plants: Olefin, Butanol, Maleic Anhydrate & Utilities• Set up a new baseline in Aspen Watch Maker Software for enhanced performance monitoring in Olefin plant. • Developed and commissioned two (2) close loops inferential in Olefin plant.• Delivered Stable Start Up & Dynamic Study (SSDS)on three (3) capital projects; two PETRONAS Floating LNG (PFLNG-1 & 2) and PREFCHEM Package 7 (Polypropylene Plant) to ensure the new plants are fit to undergo safe and smooth start up.• Led the development & implementation of PETRONAS Emission Monitoring System (PEMS) models of H2S & CO on two Acid Gas Thermal Oxidizers (AGTO) stacks to comply to DOE Clean Air Regulations 2014. • Conducted quarterly audit on the certified two AGTO stacks to comply to DOE Clean Air Regulations 2014.• Carried out tuning activities at Pengerang Integrated Complex for Steam Cracker Unit in support of starting up the facility.
