   Receive raw materials as per product specification; perform visual inspections and also perform chemical tests to ensure that the product meets the specification. Ensure that all the products received have Certificate of Analysis/conformance.  Open and close Corrective/Preventative Actions Request (CPAR) file Create intake sheets for all the raw materials used in the factory Monitor production and ensure that they adhere to good manufacturing practices. Perform equipment integrity inspections and reject any chipped/ damaged equipment from production site  Online sampling- perform random sampling of components/ products online for inspection of quality Do regular product washout to verify that product specifications are adhered to Ensure final product quality standards are adhered to Conduct food sensory evaluation for all the products produced Allergen management Documentation control and filing Traceability Hazard analysis Monitor Critical control Points (CCPs)  Validation of critical control points (cooking, baking, contact cooker ,pasteurization, washing, metal detector and x-ray) Monitoring and Verification of product quality  Internal audits (GMPs, glass and plastic audits) and compiling reports Perform hygiene inspections Conduct training of staff in areas of Food Safety and hygiene Assist in investigation of customer complaints Shelf life study of new products  Assist with QC duties when required Perform regular micro sampling/ swabbing (Hand swabs, Listeria swabs, air and water quality) Microbiological testing- Testing of raw materials, components, final products, hand and listeria swabs ,air and water quality.
