      Oversaw the quality and success of the swim lesson program while implementing new initiatives for future programs that would generate additional revenue and increase registration. Trained and developed a team of over twenty Water Safety Instructors and led follow up training that would standardized procedures and program curriculum.  Worked with the Learn-to-Swim Coordinator to develop new programs including Stroke Clinic camps during local school-district holidays, a private swim lesson system that enabled patrons the ability to enroll using ActiveNet Software, and adapted swim lesson program for individuals with disabilities.  Conducted applicant interviews, selection, new hire orientation and training during the onboarding process including training on facility policies, facility chain-of-command, and disciplinary action. Special assignment outside scope of role: completed the Learn-to-Swim Program's fiscal reports and improved the format to display projections and descriptive statistics.  Administered quarterly safety/job performance audits to Water Safety Instructors and created an employee performance tracker that allowed my position to assist in writing annual reviews for over twenty Water Safety Instructors. Heavily involved in customer service matters including handling refunds, appeasing disgruntled patrons, returning customer phone calls and emails, and handling medically excused absences.
