  Assisting the development of youth from ages 6-18 years old in understanding and gaining the ability to utilize Core Values (respect, sportsmanship, honesty, etc.) through the game of golf. Using these Core Values, youth were also tutored in an after school program and educational extracurricular activities (i.e. creative computer programs such as photoshop, sketchup, publisher, etc.)

  Started as a Busser and was promoted to a trainer within the first 4 months.Within 8 months of employment, I was promoted to a food server where I was again promoted to a trainer for incoming servers.I was also trained and operated as a beer specialist where I maintained and sanitized the kegs, beer lines and brew room.Throughout my 2 year employment, I trained over 20 employees and held multiple responsibilities and leadership roles to benefit the company.
