Oversee the day-to-day activities for maintenance and custodial services for 60 buildings (2 million square feet). I work closely with front line staff, collaborate with the campus community, departments, and committees, control monetary and physical resources, and plan projects. All with the objective to ensure a safe, clean, and functional infrastructure for students and visitors to live, work, study, and conduct research.
