  I gained direct knowledge into the manufacturing field that focuses more on Aerospace parts. I was shown all the different programs and software that engineers use as well as learning each and every process involved with manufacturing of the requested parts. Building quotes and sending bids were some of the most crucial steps in the process. This also gave me the ability to really strengthen my SolidWorks Skills. I had created CAD files of my designed parts for a presentation.

  Maintain employee and customer satisfaction. Perform larger services on vehicles such as brake jobs, 4 cylinder tune ups, and brake flushes when needed. Given weekly/daily goals to accomplish relating to sales of services and customer count brought in. Prevent any potential comebacks. Jump on the floor and perform basic oil changes/sales regularly. Started in this field with little to no knowledge of hands on technician work but learned quickly. Performed basic oil changes/sales with successful numbers. Helped my stores reach our goals as a team. Would take any opportunity to learn new techniques from Managers or other Service Advisors/Technicians. Eventually learned to perform more services such as battery replacements and a variety of fluid flushes to better maintain any vehicle.
