  The Acuantia Director of Channel Sales is responsible for the coordinating the delivery of all company sales through the combined channels: Digital, Service Centers, Services, Call Center, Field Reps and Enterprise. Acuantia Inc is the parent company of Plastic-mart.com and Tank Depot - to which I serve Tank Depot and Plastic-mart.com currently. I was the Inside Sales Manager for Plastic-mart.com and Tank-depot.com call center. Develop KPI's, Sales Goals, and incentives to achieve goals. As the Product Manager for Tank Depot and Plastic-mart.com I was in charge of developing new products for the websites. Rolling out new products to the sales teams and retail stores. Maintain current catalog of over 30,000 product listings online. Manage pricing for online catalog. Create incentives to get inside sales team to sell new products. Worked with vendors to get the best service for our business. Create and categorize products on front end web sites as well as design the PDP's. As the retail Store Manager of Tank Depot I hired and trained staff, managed inventory, sold product, positioned product in our store front, purchased the supplies needed to maintain a retail store, ordered product to stock in the store, nurtured key accounts and all other managerial duties for operating a store front.
