      Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Serve as team lead on all electronic billing submissions for the Department of Mental Health. This consists of receiving and sending all DMH billing to multiple providers/payers. The billing is using the Federal Regulation format (HIPPA). This position is responsible for implementing BizTalk and other solutions that interface to multiple systems. These programs support the billing and payment of medical and behavior health care claims approximately $900 million dollars annually. These billing systems are mission critical to the Department and to the 1200 plus contracted DMH vendors that provide services to the million plus consumers in the state. Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The ability to develop and support end to end solutions using messaging and rule-engine technology; the ability to develop complex interfaces between production application and public/private organizations.
