The research center HPC organizes and supports various activities for effective and efficient use of HPC in all scientific fields at the University of Innsbruck. We provide optimization and parallelization services, organize research collaborations in funded projects (EuroHPC, H2020, FWF, FFG, etc.), and offer training services in programming, performance analysis and debugging. The research center HPC organizes and supports various activities for effective and efficient use of HPC in all scientific fields at the University of Innsbruck. We provide optimization and parallelization services, organize research collaborations in funded projects (EuroHPC, H2020, FWF, FFG, PRACE, etc.), and offer training services in programming, performance analysis and debugging. Working in the Research Center High Performance Computing of the University of Innsbruck, I am an expert in parallelization and optimization of scientific applications, development of efficient algorithms and data structures, project proposal writing and execution, as well as training and consulting services. As a member of the Insieme optimizing compiler project, I work on performance and energy instrumentation, measurement, analysis and optimization of parallel programs. My main research interests lie in everything related to multi-objective optimization, auto-tuning, etc., for performance, energy, and related metrics of parallel and distributed programs in application sciences.
