  As a Product Manager in the Data Services department I am focused on the Customer Master Data Management and API Integrations. Let's build a Golden View of the customer and connect all the systems to take advantage of that data. My job allows me to do a variety of things. I focus mainly on providing company leaders with actionable intelligence. I resolve roadblocks for the development team. I understand what the business needs to help run their operations and I know how to help them get what they need. My job #1 was to provide actionable solutions to business problems. I initiated and led projects that cut costs and focused people on value-add tasks. These projects included automating manual processes and developing BI capabilities. I helped design and build the end-to-end Scorecards, Dashboards, and the required drill-down reporting that enabled front line employees to make informed decisions.
