  Project Engineer

  Working for the UK Ministry of Defence specifying, procuring and managing the installation of specialist communication projects. This involved working with international civilian and government contractors to provide the best possible solutions for the UK armed forces.

  Project Manager for signalling renewal projects throughout the UK including the construction of the new Channel Tunnel Rail Link high speed line. Projects ranged from small, quick, turn-around design and build projects up to large international coordination projects.

  In August of 2006, after nine months of world travel, I joined Insignis Ltd as Construction Project Manager overseeing the construction of Queenstown commercial buildings, apartment complexes and hotels as well as managing various fitting-out works.

  Construction Manager / Engineers Representative

  Responsible for a team of Engineers in delivering all construction activities involved with the new signalling system for the Auckland Electrification Project (both civil and electrical). Additionally I manage the commercial aspects for this $130M NZ project in a dual role as Construction Manager and Engineers Representative (Contract Manager).
