  I was able to complete the most rigorous training program during one of the worst financial times in modern history. With a 99% fail rate the FADP program is a difficult program to graduate from if you don't come from an affluent family. However, I was relentless in my pursuit of achieving my goal of graduating and I did. I was able to successfully run my practice and give this company many years of my life. Why they were over the top in terms of our ability manage our practice I did learn many valuable lessons that will help me out in the future. The importance of having guardrails, and a disciplined practice along with a good back office is essential for success. Merrill taught me all about rules and regulations and what can help you and protect you and what can weigh you down from being able to fulfill your true potential. I believe these have all been steppingstones for my new job! I know with the combined knowledge from both my previous jobs I will do great things at the new Firm! Now, its time to take the training wheels off and run my practice with diligence and with the back support I need to make sure my clients get the best service possible! Show less
