  * Planned Preventive Maintenance,* Corrective Maintenance,* Renovation Works, * Fire Fighting system Maintenance and Operations, * Inspecting the chiller operations (including pumps, flow switches, temperature readings, etc.) with respect to dite and BMS situations , noted down reading parameters for comparisons. * Inspect AHU operations conditions of the air and water filters, v-belts, etc and rectify if necessary. * inspect VRF, Duct Split and Split AC units and do the necessary maintenance as per the schedule. * Inspect Fire Protection System operations, including pump conditions, test lines, fire tanks, sprinkler lines, stand pipes, fire hose reels, extinguishers, FM-200, form systems and pre-action systems,etc., do the necessary maintenance as per the scheduled PPM& CM. * inspect and test the fire protection systems working as per the QCD requirements. * Inspect and test EPSS (Including emergency generator) as per the required QCD regulations, and provide necessary maintenance if applicable. * CCTV System Maintenance and Operations, * Sewage System maintenence and Operations, * Domestic Water System Maintenance and Operations, * Electrical Systems Maintenance and Operations, * Meeting with Subcontractors, * Car parking management system, * Plumbing system maintenance and operations,* Preparing proposals for the additional works, * Meeting with the specialist for the additional requirements. * Discuss with client for any new variation in works. * Attend Civil Defence inspection in various sites, and submitting the compliance reports, drawings, and other required materials as per the QCD and NFPA requirements.
