      Working for DHL in Mauritius was just an amazing experience. I have relocated to start the recruitment process centrally for MEA from HR Shared Service Organization in Mauritius and during that time we have implemented a new ATS tool Avature, and supported HRBP with preselection of candidates, screening process and organizing interviews. We have introduced monitoring of recruitment KPIs as time to hire, number of selected internal candidates etc.With the Covid pandemic coming in, I also had the opportunity to step into the HRBP role where my main clients were from Finance Shared Service organization but as well from Operation area. We have put in place Rewards and Recognition program, manage Talent and Performance management and drive Engagement Community. My biggest achievements are: Project management for running implementation of new recruitment system in Global Business Services. Hiring 30 customer service representatives within 2 months in Costa Rica utilizing video interviewing. Building international Purchasing organization in Ostrava, Czech Republic. Successful LinkedIN network, excellent feedback from hiring managers and positive feedback from candidates satisfaction surveys Mostrar menos During my time in L&D I was responsible for Onboarding program and facilitated Induction training for new employees. Another part of my job was project member for Upskilling education program where I managed all IT technical training for Prague which included over 500 trained employees and a budget of 100k Euros. Utilized and improved my presentation and project coordination skills. I was the leader who identified soft skills training as well as brought new ideas that improved existing processes. Processes included online ordering tool for external IT; technical training on iShare, and negotiated with external suppliers ensuring cost-effective services. Contributed to managing Assessment Centers where we tested our candidates on role playing and evaluating their actions and behaviors.As HR Administrator my daily work was preparing contracts and amendments for 1300 employees. A significant part of my job was new employee administration, overtime hours management as well as regular medical checkup administration.
