  In charge of Utilities plant from the Construction Phase till the commissioning phase ,then working as a senior supervisor (O&M) during production phase . Project phase:- Follow up the Manufacturing process for two package boilers in india (Thermax Babcock & Wilcox) MCR: 80t/hr each, Follow up the Manufacturing process for steam turbine (14 MW) in Italy (Fincanteri) + FAT test, then supervising the construction and Mechanical erection of equipment on site.   My scope in BP-WND project relates to supervision on installation, testing, inspection of Mechanical equipment (Stationary equipment includes heavy lift Vessels ,Heat exchangers ,Gas/hot-oil fired heaters ,Slug Catchers, Re boilers & Rotating equipment includes Gas turbines ,Air fan coolers ,Multi stage pumps and gas compressors).- Perform inspections and documentation of all mechanical work in progress on a continuing basis, and completes the final P&ID checks prior to turnover.- Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans for mechanical equipment installation and associated activities.- Initiate field change documentation(FCD) and non-conformance reports (NCR) as required by using PTR system.- Maintain overall responsibility for quality of mechanical installations .- Assist supervision and project controls in the preparation of detailed work plans and short-term schedules.- Responsible for the development of mechanical work packages in conjunction with supervision and project controls.- Interpret design and vendor drawings and interface with home office and vendor engineering to resolve design and constructability issues.- Work with procurement and suppliers to ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications.- Prepare field material requisitions for temporary facilities mechanical equipment and some permanant plant materials by using BPS (Bechtel procurement system)- Ensure mechanical equipment preservation.- Establishes and maintains the requirements and tracking system for the execution of preventative maintenance program.- Familiarity with Bechtel Standard Applications (BSAPs) including InfoWorks, TEAMWorks, BPS, PTR.- Completion of as-built documentation for mechanical installations.   Hired directly to bp through IBS.Accountabilities:-Provide daily engineering support to WND project operations production and maintenance teams under the umbrella of BP Global operation organization (GOO).-Review and initiate modifications through Management of Change (MOC) system, to overcome design issues and provide solutions for major production issues. -Lead risk assessments to determine the risk ranking of temporary and permanent design changes to ensure the safety, financial, environmental risks are controlled and risk mitigation actions are addressed to improve safety barriers effectiveness.-Ensure plant production deferrals are documented and preventive actions are implemented to improve plant reliability through OPTIMA system. -Provide technical support for new projects, ensure smooth systems handover from commissioning to operation phase.-Assist in Safety barrier health management assessment, ensure the correct barriers are in place and either the barrier is effective or needs improvement.-Equipment class owner for Safety critical equipment (Pressure relief devices, check valves, boundary isolation valves, fired heaters, piping systems).-CAM (contract accountable manager), where we used to apply business ethical principles through providing bidders equal and fair changes to demonstrate their capabilities and assign successful Vendor or contractor according to certian purchase order conditions and quality requirements.-Conduct various type of fitness for service, as per API 579 part 5 criteria for metal loss assessment.-Conduct technical assessment for piping work using Ceasar II model to assess any design change in the piping arrangement.
