      Management of the Human Resources functions (recruitment, employee relations and EEOC / Labor investigations, payroll, benefits, compliance, etc.) for multi-service Aramark contract operation at the VCU Health System. This included approximately 550 employees covering Plant Operations, Clinical Technology, Retail & Patient Food Services and Environmental Services for a 650 bed hospital. Key Accomplishments:- Responsible for combining three separate Human Resource operations and 5 employees into a single Human Resources Office to serve all departments within the Aramark contract at VCU Health System that both realized efficiencies and scaled best practices across all departments. - Created a training program on The Joint Commission audit documentation (the healthcare industry’s training, certification and compliance program) which highlighted the audit process's impacts on the departments operated by Aramark.
