  I assist the Group's Information Systems Director (ISD) by carrying out the duties assigned to my department in line with the planned objectives and expected performance. The following are the main responsibilities assigned to the position:- Participates, within a multidisciplinary team, in the deployment of an ERP software package.- Leads the maintenance activities of the information system (quality/security), maintenance of interfaces between homogeneous solutions)- Liaise with the functional departments of the subsidiaries and the IT departments of the subsidiaries in order to improve and develop existing and future processes.- Ensures the technological watch on the evolutions in information systems, on several functional fields, from production to logistics (purchases + stocks in particular), from accounting, finance to office automation and human resources.- Defines the volume of servers and prepares the configurations.- Administration of the Active Directory domain of the GICA group- Monitors the daily operation of servers, optimizes their use, and guarantees their security and evolution.- Carries out current and specific procedures (backup, security, creation, restoration, duplication of diskimages, virtual machines, etc.).- Parameterizes and follows the security rules of the networks.- Manages the department's software licenses (monitoring of entries and exits), in particular OS, antivirus, e-mail and others.- Ensures compliance with GICA's IT charter.- Makes the necessary backups to maintain the security of data circulating in the group's network;- Manages access rights, for machines and users, in compliance with the company's security rules.- Administers the GICA group's common messaging system.
