The centre focused on to optimise the level of customer service and process efficiencies available to Esso's fuels customers across 14 European countries.Transactions totalling $4 billion/year.Key Achievements:Quickly moved from team member to team senior in the Vendor Contracts department to Project advisor in the development of a new global contract management system (GCMS) replacing the old legacy system (Oracle).This involved in-sourcing of the Tax activities still performed in Italy, which I personally took the lead for the implementation and satisfactory performance of these in to the shared service centre.Promoted to Team Leader I was a key player in the development of the European Knowledge Transfer program to migrate the activities to the new shared service centre in Budapest where ExxonMobil transferred the department.
