This new role included managing staff both on the floor and behind the bar when needed, as well as solely running Rivo's social media pages, which saw a dramatic increase in followers whilst under my stead. Throughout the year, my work at Rivo began to centre more around bar work, where I learned key bartending and barista skills, whilst continuing to build my skills in customer service and team leadership.
