As a result, the program is designed to be cross-disciplinary and emphasizes leadership, critical thinking, change management, strategy, and other high level business areas, while still allowing the students to complete a degree in any of the Coles College of Business’ 9 business majors. Other opportunities include a sponsored study abroad immersion experience, four custom designed classes (Applied Leadership, Decisions and Critical Thinking, Consulting and Change Management, and Business Intelligence) that address actual business challenges and real world problem solving, and interactions with leaders within the internal KSU environment and the external business environment.
