      At Reprodrive CBO, I Successfully led Reprodrive CBO staff to move from face to face community sensitization sessions during COVID19 to online engagement through webinars, WhatsApp and Telegram group chats, and use of social media to pass information on Sexual and Reproductive Health. Successfully negotiated for additional funding for the child protection program to the tune of Ksh. 1 million, to run for 6 months from July 1st 2020. Contributed to the development of the child safeguarding policy at Reprodrive CBO. Took part in the baseline survey and development of the Human Centered Design process and the live prototyping of the HCD findings for the Safire project. Brain child behind “Adopt a Girl project” which has seen 20 needy girls linked with sponsors who provide them with dignity packs for management of their periods. The dignity pack costs Ksh. 6,000 per a girl for one year. Led the formation of two Reproductive health clubs in Institutions of higher learning, creating a safe space where matters reproductive health can be discussed without fear or shame. Successfully moved Reprodrive from a عرض أقل

      Lead dynamic workshops weekly for grade 5, 6 and 7th girls, developing a newGirls On Fire Leaders curriculum, making recommendations on localizing andinviting guest speakers to enhance the leadership principles.● lead GOF workshops weekly.● Lead dynamic workshops for participants, utilizing the Girls On Fire Leaderslearning partnerships● Contribute, lead, coordinate and iterate on the new Mentorship and Tutoringprograms● Maintains accurate workshop data, including attendance registers, evaluations,and other reporting documents● Engage parents and teachers in targeted outreach and stakeholderengagement.● Develop activity debriefs/reflections and deliver the curriculum in a meaningfuland effective way● Administer + iterate on monitoring and evaluation data collection weekly.● Engage in weekly feedback with the team to ensure meaningful evaluations of the program and activitiesAchievements- Successfully led the pilot phase of the program and expanded into 8 new schools in Kwale and Turkana Counties.- Led the formation and registration of Mommas on Fire CBO, with 60 parents of the girls and have started a bee keeping project for economic empowerment.- Participated in the Area Advisory Council meetings in matters Child protection leading to a 75% increase in reporting of child protection cases- Led Menstrual Health Management Education Initiatives. Reached over 3000 girls and boys in Kwale County with stigma reduction messages and breaking taboos on menstrual Health.- Achieved 100% transition of cohort one Girls on Fire Leaders with 21 girls securing scholarships for their secondary education- Pioneered Turkana Mentorship training of 25 young people who in turn will lead mentorship, tutoring and Girls on Fire Leaders Club sessions in partner schools عرض أقل
