      1. Organization Planning:Formed the 4 SBU based on the products differential, and set up the president's office in matrix style, it including HR, Finance, IT, Audit and Planning department. 2. HRM system:Built, maintained, implemented, perfected the HRMS for the whole group, from job analysis, HR planning to recruiting, training, assessing, C&B, and employee relation. Disentangled the relationship between the HQ and 4 SBU, to ensure their practices such as the HR policies, procedures, regulations to accorded with the HRMS of the HQ. 3.Group performance control:Established the management mechanism for our organizational performance and personal performance, divided every SBU to several responsibility centers, formed the budget for every responsibility center, to developed the financial indicators for them, and combined the BSC to decomposed the key success factors to focused on the client, operation, and employee learning & growth aspects.4. Managerial staff foster:Set up the competence qualification system, implemented the succession planning, to enhanced the talents stocking rate to 58.4%.5. Enterprise Culture:Composed the enterprise culture synopsis for Eastern Terrace:" Integrity, Diligent, foster, share", and push the culture into the daily business, such as the HR policies, rules etc.6.Administration In 2006, in charge of the group administration affairs, such as the security room, vehicle, canteen, dormitory, greening & cleaning, industry safety, etc, to improved the working and living environment for the all employees.7.
