      Sicara is the data & IA branch of the Theodo Group.Created in 2016, Sicara is highly skilled in the development of tailor-made solutions in the fields of data engineering, business intelligence, data visualisation and machine learning.During my 4 years at Sicara I have been involved in the development of the company by : • Building the business strategy of Sicara. This involves analysing data and IA market trends to identify gold mines and designing offers/go-to-market to compete in these areas.• Monitoring the business activity. I have been working with the sales team to set up KPIs to measure the results of the sales in order to react in case of delays. • Managing the sales team.
