  Did a rigorous Internship Training at Barmer Water Supply Project , Rajasthan, Under Larsen and Toubro , ECC division, consisting of construction of 3485 Million Litre Capacity Raw Water Reservoir , 170 Million Litres Per Day Capacity Water Treatment Plant and 62 km of Pipeline Project. Was appreciated by the Project Manager and Site Team and won the Environment Day Prize.

  Planning and Scheduling of Vast Construction Projects, with Resources and Material Calendar. Constant monitoring of projects with MS Project. Recognizing the dynamic nature of Critical Path and updating the management about slacks and slips in the progress of the project. Deriving Daily, Monthly and Yearly requirement of resources and corresponding expected turnover of the project on a daily basis. Synchronizing Expected Resource, Output and Financial turnover exactly with Schedule of the Project by coordinating with procurement, supply chain and project managers. Fermenting Progress reports of the project according to execution of the jobs. Identifying bottlenecks and Constant update to the management about the bottlenecks of the project. Keeping a very ardent track of delay and furnishing a very comprehensive delay and variance analysis when required. Applying Earned Value Analysis to track the expected duration and cost using Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI).
