  I was hired as a social media manager intern by Meme XD on 17th May 2021 for 2 months. The internship comprised handling the social media platforms assigned to me by my superiors, with the dual work of management and marketing, to promote the Meme XD APP. Roles and Responsibilities:▪ I was assigned to handle “Twitter” and “Reddit”.▪ Making memes using the app - Meme XD and sharing them with my team,for them to be posted on various other social media platforms.▪ Posting memes on Twitter using trending and relevant hashtags to increaseimpressions and engagement daily.▪ Replying to tweets and retweeting them for better engagement.▪ Posting and Cross-posting memes on various subreddits on Reddit toincrease Karmas and Followers of the account and the members of thesubreddit of Meme XD.▪ Discovering and learning about new subreddits on Reddit for making relevantposts.▪ Attending daily meetings to review performance and fix targets for the nextday. Work summary:▪ Increased followers on Twitter and also daily impressions and engagement byregularly posting. I posted 10-15 tweets daily on average, which helped gainapproximately 35-40k impressions daily. We consistently achieved the goal of100k impressions towards the end and even touched 250k+ impressions.▪ Increased Reddit Karma from4965 to 32000 through a combination ofregular posts and comments.
