    An alumnus of SVIT, Vasad (Civil Engineering) & NICMAR, pune (Advanced Construction Management). More than 6 Years of experience in the field of Project Management & Construction Management. Specialties: Detailed project planning by establishing the complete road-map, Budget preparation for the entire project cycle with baseline schedule and monitoring the project based on prepared road-map. Foreseeing the project risk area and proactively taking the preventive measure to mitigate the risk, may it be in terms of commercial, technical, practical or timely completion. Precise weekly planning, resource monitoring & cost control forms part of my daily routine. Basically I am an energetic professional who like to be one step ahead and updated with new technology and solutions.
