Worked closely with suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure global supply met customer needs. Key Contributions: Designed/Developed/Deployed EOL/EOS & RSL modules to MyLO that enabled complete alignment with ATM POR systems and removed the need for offline excel files that had to be manually aligned by multiple cross site organizations. Co-developed and maintained mutually-beneficial contract with a new supplier. Successfully negotiated 75% savings in training costs. Worked with suppliers on contract extensions, NDA’s, and loaner tool agreements. Experienced in the aging tool fleet concepts and bringing suppliers to new standards that improve the supply chain that mutually benefit supplier and buyer. Developed an audit process that enabled suppliers to effectively quote out tool upgrades more efficiently and accurately. Received corporate recognition for this. Achieved this by improving product flow, set-up time, reducing product activity, and developing material replenishment systems.
