Accountable for managing multiple suppliers that supply metrology goods to AT sites in Asia. Worked closely with suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure global supply met customer needs. Key Contributions: Designed/Developed/Deployed EOL/EOS & RSL modules to MyLO that enabled complete alignment with ATM POR systems and removed the need for offline excel files that had to be manually aligned by multiple cross site organizations. Co-developed and maintained mutually-beneficial contract with a new supplier. Successfully negotiated 75% savings in training costs. Worked with suppliers on contract extensions, NDA’s, and loaner tool agreements. Experienced in the aging tool fleet concepts and bringing suppliers to new standards that improve the supply chain that mutually benefit supplier and buyer. Developed an audit process that enabled suppliers to effectively quote out tool upgrades more efficiently and accurately. Received corporate recognition for this. Worked with TD/ATM customers to get quotes for tool upgrades and FSE support from the supplier. Show less Primary project manager for the cost program and quarterly cost analysis. Worked closely with all the key stakeholders to drive the implementation of the cost program, in addition project managed the quarterly process of calculating unit cost for AT in ATM. Key Contributions: Project Manager for the cost program that redesigned and integrated our financial planning processes & systems with our capacity planning and operations. Achieved 50% reduction in time to deliver product cost information for Division P&L, enabling faster, higher-quality decision-making for technology selection/intercept, market segment positioning, and affordability. Developed a quality management business process and procedures for the quarterly financial cost analysis.  IE Project Manager for the quarterly financial cost process which delivered unit cost by product and site. Lean leader for technology integration department that promoted living the lean culture within the organization by identifying projects and getting resources through senior management. Worked with project managers to utilize lean tools to improve processes. Show less Enabled the capital pipeline by working with key stakeholders to identify and name capital pieces of equipment that would be added to TD/ATM systems for tracking purposes. In addition, provided strategic space coordination for the TD organization. Utilized industrial engineering concept and skills to continuously improve the layout business processes. Key Contributions: Created business processes and workflows to maintain the CEID/TGCEID business. Created, owned, and maintained a specification for the creation & maintenance of CEIDs/TGCEIDs in TD/ATM. Developed Factory Analysis Model for Utility & Space (FAMUS) continuously cut costs by approximately $2M annually through strategic management.  Led a cross functional team through 4 factory expansions which included 2 south expansions, and 2 north expansions of the CH4 factory. Routinely reported out to VP’s on strategic space and developed the business process and provided the data to convince senior management to expand the space. Provided key strategic space support throughout the development of the substrate process. This included both CH1/CH8 factories. Show less Led a cross functional team that rebuilt the standard from the ground up on how we manage space by defining and documenting the ATM standards. Applied project management, lean manufacturing techniques, and problem solving techniques to enable implementing robust business processes for Layout IE’s in TD. Key Contributions: Acknowledged as the content expert in regards to manufacturing layout across all assembly test sites. Developed and documented AT FLIER (Factory Layout IE Rules). Created the BCCB (Block Change Control Board) for ATTD/ATM which aligned CEIDs/TGCEIDs to layout blocks. In addition created/developed/proliferated the MyLO (My LayOut) enterprise solution database for aligning AutoCAD layout blocks to CEID’s. Developed and led the transfer of space. This includes analyzing the first of kind tool to a development site. Working with tool owners to potentially improve the tool, working with facilities to install the tool, improving any space related issues, and transferring the knowledge to the high volume manufacturing sites. Led team to created lean manufacturing cells - reducing through put time by up to 80%. Achieved this by improving product flow, set-up time, reducing product activity, and developing material replenishment systems. Layout Industrial Engineer for new tool installs and continuous improvement activities. Good presentation skills, routinely present to employees from Vice President to shop floor technicians. Developed manufacturing systems that enable Capacity Systems for all assembly/test sites that allow sites to procure, and reuse tools. This process enables tool naming that drives layout, facility tool install/demo, tool run rates, and manufacturing capacity. Recognized by corporate services organization for saving $700,000 in tool install costs throughout the assembly/test sites. Innovative in creating robust manufacturing systems.
