  I was tasked in a temp position to process monetary donations to the Smithsonian Institution, specifically the National Museum of African American History and Culture and the National Museum of the American Indian. Donors to these Smithsonian organizations are typically on a subscription basis, when they mail in the check we would process the payment and then post it to their account in the portal.

  Data Administrator

  I work on calculating and entering state Encounter Data using billable codes and units for the agency’s Developmental Disabilities division. I also am on a handful of committees relating to data within Vermont Care Partners. I study the demographics in the agency that is then submitted into a repository for state evaluation. I make adjustments to funding client needs and process the paperwork. I built and maintain the databases for Peer Reviews and Client Documentation in our division. These databases that I have created have also been adopted by other divisions to help their staff organize. I have written advocacy letters to the state legislature to fight for us to get more funding and Medicaid. Designated by the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living to train a team to conduct home inspections as well as nominating me responsible to maintain the online portal and communication between shared living home providers and Contracted Inspectors. Received the 2023 Excellence Award. Show less
