  During my time at Shanks Waste Management I undertood various roles in various locations for the company. These included, managing the operations of a construction/commercial MRF, a waste transfer and recycling MRF. In all cases I was responsible for the day to day running of all operations, including staffing, P +Ls, Budgets and Health +Safety.
