Working one on one with customers to get setup with the best equipment and appreciate the whole experience that is new bike shopping and riding. I have been in a few different roles, but now mainly work by appointment with customers to discuss and build custom bikes. I work with customers to help understand their needs and design/build or help them pick the bike and equipment that best suites their needs and fits their desired budget. I mainly focus on mountain bikes, and custom bike builds, but will help customers with any cycling needs they have, and answer all questions up front and honestly. I work with roughly 50 Ecolab field team members and 100 Sysco sales team and leadership to accomplish my goals. I have completed nearly 5 years in this role, accomplishing 100%-194% sales to target of my NBT goal each year. This accounts for just over 2 million in sold new business since 2019 alone, including the years during the Covid pandemic.In this role I have also completed Ecolab's Emerging Leaders program, where I have learned and developed leadership strength, team building skills, and connected with some of our executive leadership team on building the future of our organization.       This was a seasonal contract position with the Dream Drive Exotic division of the Rusty Wallace Racing Experience. I work as an Exotic Car driving instructor for a couple days a summer when they come to the St. Louis market, at the racetrack formally known as Gateway International Raceway. I work hand in hand with customers to help them achieve the best experience possible in their afternoon of driving an exotic car such as Lamborghini, Ferarri, McLaren, and Audi. I also occasionally will do ride-alongs for customer who just want to experience the vehicle driven at the limits on the small race track that we setup. What I loved the most about this position was being able to share in someone's dream to drive one of these cars, and the overall passion of motorsports in the racing world. Connecting with people through hobbies and passions and helping someone achieve lifetime goals of driving these cars was a very rewarding experience, and I look forward to working with Dream Drive next again in 2021.
