Health home services to persons with a serious mental illness to help coordinate their medical and mental health care. Juvenile justice services, truancy programs and monitoring services for the county school districts. Collaborate on many prevention programs with other agencies with the county. We built and operate a full service fitness center for the general public and our mental health center clients. We collaborate with many other agencies within the county to provide prevention programming. Show less
