I collaborated with colleagues to develop and improve departmental goals, expectations, and procedures, while creating authentic assessment protocols for testing technique, tactics, history, and rules. I coached the girls soccer program, assisted the boys soccer program, and supported other extracurricular activities.

  I led a team of 50+ women working to build and maintain successful and impactful businesses. I hosted weekly and monthly events for consultants and customers. Together, we built an amazing community that was knowledgeable, caring, supportive, and inspiring. As a Sales Director, in the top 2% of the company, I was often invited by other leaders to train consultants and directors about organization and systems. I educated women about skin care and makeup; serviced clients, ensuring their needs were met; and cultivated ongoing relationships that went beyond products. I received the "Miss Go-Give" Award which honors those who are in service of others, see a need and fill it, go out of their way for those that can be helped, and have a selfless pursuit for the greater good.

  At a start-up retreat, U.S. and international guests stayed for one-to-three months to transform their lives by adopting a plant-based lifestyle. I helped our staff collaborate effectively despite strong and differing personalities and work styles; created systems and processes that identified and addressed unarticulated needs across all aspects of the retreat; and listened to guests, built strong relationships, and translated guest needs into overall retreat improvements.
