  I was product manager and sales manager of DELL Servers and Network equipment and also enterprise products like workstations, professional monitors, zero and thin clients.I had managed sales team directly and I had done sales policy based on market conditions.I had some other tasks like place the purchase orders, pricing and training of new staff. At first, I was manager of software division of Dell Service center and I had managed a team includes many computer technicians.we repaired laptops and computers and part that had software problems. After that in 2011, I became a manager of all of tchnical division includes software and hardware and I managed both team directly.
