  Selected above peers to perform outside of specialty to manage maintenance team for the fielding of a new vehicle to the Combat Engineer family. Lead a team of 12 Soldiers that coordinated and performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as needed on complex electronic and mechanical systems in accordance with Department of Defense and the Total Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) policies and directives to prevent equipment failure. Utilized technical publications to understand and interpret vague or incomplete engineering diagrams, and system schematic drawings. Used schematic drawings to identify any system or equipment failures in order to maintain the good working condition of equipment and to prevent failures in combat.
