To create and develop Instrument Index for identified each Control and On-off valve and Field Instrument device.2. Review and check Control and On-off valve and Field Instrument requirement based on Process Data. 3. Review Vendor Instrument Sizing Sheet (Control and On/Off Valve, Flow Meter, Orifice, Consistency and etc)4. Liaising with suppliers, contractors and relevant authorities5. Create Instrument Workfile for Purchase Requisition all Field Instruments and Valves6. Review Panel and Control Box design and installation7. Review Loop Diagram, IO List, and Design Installation all System (DCS, SIS)8. Construction Work for Instrument9. Commissioning Work10. To coordinate with others discipline and related team11.
