  It was my duty to evaluate the viability of the enterprise in order to secure investment and working capital loans ranging from Rp 10 billion to Rp 200 billion. By observing the business operations, delving deeply into the financial statements, and ensuring that the company's operations adhere to all applicable regulations, I perform the analysis. In addition, I present my analysis to the decision makers and identify the most effective business solutions to grow clients' business. I supervised the business banking team, which includes members responsible for loan remediation and recovery, marketing, and business analytics. It is my responsibility to ensure that our branch meets its annual profit target and maintains a satisfactory credit collectibility score. It was my duty to oversee the portfolios of clients whose business loans totaled between Rp 50 million and Rp 20 billion. While maintaining relationships with existing clients, I actively sought out new ones. It was my responsibility to serve as their business advisor and evaluate their ability to secure a loan. The one-year program was designed to educate entry-level staff about the entire banking operation and to prepare them for future leadership roles at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia.
