  FOCUS Conferences Inc. produces two national conferences for Respiratory Therapists, Pulmonary Function Technologists and Sleep Technologists each year (approved for CRCE's, CECs and CSTE's). In 2021 FOCUS will present two conferences. The first is our 26th Anniversary Conference taking place September 10 & 11, 2021 at the Guesthouse at Graceland Hotel in Memphis TN. This is a 2-day conference for RT's, PFT Techs and Sleep Techs providing 15-18 credits. Our second conference of 2021 takes place at the Red Lion Hotel in Albany NY on October 8th, 2021. This is a one-day conference that provides 10 credits in one day. Focus Conferences are the most comprehensive combined national meetings for Respiratory Therapy, Pulmonary Diagnostics and Sleep Medicine. The conferences combine an excellent educational experience with a fun-filled entertainment experience at an affordable registration fee that includes a great deal more in the way of food and entertainment functions to go along with its many lectures. The driving force of the conference for 26 years has been VALUE both for the attendee and our exhibitors.   Staff Therapist working almost exclusively in the Cardio-Thoracic Intensive Care Unit where my primary responsibilities included recovering the 5-6 open heart surgery patients operated on each day, titrating, monitoring, weaning, and extubating patients within the unit's protocol plus treating another 6 or so patients in that unit still recovering from the day before some of which were still being mechanically ventilated. A very busy unit with more ABGs and Mixed Venous BG;s that I will ever care to remember. Superb co-workers and supervisor was the only thing that kept me sane. Show less
