  Key responsibilities:- Deliver energy management services (monitoring, reporting, surveys and project management at client buildings).- Write bid responses and proposals for energy management services at existing and prospective client sites.- Maintain knowledge of latest energy legislation, standards and technologies.- Development of Sodexo’s energy management offer.- Participate in Sodexo UK and Ireland’s environmental and energy forum.- Manage sustainability interns.Experience:- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual energy reports detailing energy consumption trends and benchmarking at estate level, unit level and for individual buildings.- Manage action plans and work with the onsite engineers to ensure these are regularly reviewed and necessary actions taken.- Organise and attend monthly meetings with the client’s and onsite representatives.- Identify energy saving opportunities through surveys (e.g. assessment of external lighting controls and low energy lamps and the estimated energy and financial savings).- Assist with project managing the onsite estates team and subcontractors with energy reduction projects.- Produce Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and Advisory Reports with the use of ORCalc software.- With a large property portfolio, I worked as part of the client's Climate Change Action Plan (CCAP) team on ensuring compliance with energy related legislation (CRC EES, AC inspections, DECs), reviewing and improving existing energy efficiency projects; and assessing and programming for future investments.
