  My current job position requires me to manage any issues and/or claims against or by the company. Should the issue fails to be resolved internally, I am required to liaise with our external lawyers for further action in order to protect the company's interests. I will evaluate the risks involved and advice the top management on solutions and/or recommendations to minimize or overcome the risks involved. I also act as the secretary to take down the minutes of the agendas in various meetings held internally and/or externally. My job requires me to also work in a team and liaise with other divisions to ensure that the company is progressing in accordance to the guidelines set forth by the company. Besides involving in contract and risk management, I am also active in participating outside my job scope. For example, I will participate by acting as the secretariat/committee during school holiday events as my current employer, Menara Kuala Lumpur Sdn Bhd is in tourism. I have litigation background and have practiced as a solicitor before this. I have experience in a wide legal field, such as preparing cause papers, vetting through contracts, attending court proceedings, mediating, liaising with banks and others. Show less
