  LF Logistics is a company that works closely with MYPROTEIN, a brand that sells protein shakes, protein bars, sports-related shirts and etc. I was deployed as a picker, to pick up items the customers have ordered, and put it in totes, and send them for packaging. Some totes may weight up to 20 kg and required to stand for long hours. After picking up the items, I need to ensure that the warehouse is neat and tidy, so we need to walk around the warehouse to pick up those litters, ensure that all of the stocks are properly arranged and undamaged.
