  Doubled production output for Bankruptcy Services program within six months by utilizing available resources to create legal pleading templates that reduced manual data entry, and incorporated faster, more accurate data merging. Refined data entry process to reduce manual errors during production, and reallocated underutilized resources to new or understaffed positions. Drove the rewrite of our oldest legacy program. This initiative required rebuilding of the processes from the ground up, including implementing new software features, recreating all procedures and processes, and significant training for all attorneys and staff.
