  Sean was hired to establish Wilshire’s bridge lending presence into the Florida, Texas, Colorado, Washington State and Oregon markets. He quickly forged new relationships with the top brokers at some of the most prestigious national commercial brokerages and their capital markets team leaders, as well as some of the top national and local commercial real estate debt and equity financing companies in his target markets. As a result of Sean’s market penetration, he was able to independently source over 56.8 million dollars in bridge loan submissions (average loan size of 3.15 million dollars) within the first four months of his employment.
