  Monitoring and reconciliation of ATM GL, Identifying the abnormalities and escalating instances of failed debit and over debiting ATM withdrawals, using different tools designed to investigate ATM transactions. Collaborate with different stakeholders such as chargeback team, cards operations, payment support, branch network to ensure dispute resolution.
