      Provided oversight and created adequate production schedules for all commodity shops within the Brigade Support Battalion to identify and correct all overdue material requirements, leading to a more streamlined line process for supply management saving over $125 thousand dollars. Responsible for the logistics and maintenance operations providing asset visibility, maintenance management, and supply requisition oversight. Ensured all requisitions of materials were correct and the delivery of items had been distributed accordingly to each department without loss of any materials. Overseen the management and distribution of all on maintenance repair and supply requisitions (CLIX, CLIII, and CLII), ensuring the proper receipt, storage, posting, and distribution were conducted. Provided adequate accountability of all CLIX, and CLII repair parts, requisition documentation, both current and historical maintenance records in accordance with DA PAM 710-2-1, DA PAM 750-8, AR 750-1, and DA PAM 750-3. Responsible for the management and supervision of five Automated Logistics Specialist, (92A’s), establishing a non-existent program, which streamlined processes in equipment management, parts requisitioning, supply inventory, and documentation updates which led to a commendable rating during two FORSCOM CMDP inspection. Supervised and managed an 82-person team by providing guidance and oversight on over 250 maintenance projects. Identified shortfalls within the organization by utilizing logistics information systems (GCSS-Army, FedMall, FMSweb, LIW), and implemented swift corrections which resulted in an increase of throughput for both the maintenance and logistics programs.
