  Coordinative growth manager

  After spending a year as a location manager, I was promoted to the coordinative manager position for this growing catering enterprise that encompassed several kitchens and two on-site bistro locations. In this role, I handled staff management, accounts, end-of-year tax, B2B sales and company networks. I also spent a great deal of my time forming business strategies. This saw me plan, commission and oversee a number of research projects which informed company direction and budgeting. These primarily consisted of managing external research resources and setting up objectives, report structures and overall goals. This introduced me to the MRS and allowed me to move into my ambitions of market research. While here, I also dealt with more conventional responsibilities such as employment and supply chains. During my tenure, I engineered a gross yearly income increase of 17% and expanded the business significantly through supply chain, competitor and wider market insights. Show less

  As the Consultancy Research manager for AMA research, I specialised in working at a strategic level, designing, managing, and delivering a range of qualitative and quantitative research projects covering market sizing, brand positioning & health checks, market scoping and new product development research and testing.Operating under a significant degree of autonomy, I was responsible for several projects simultaneously, with each project’s design, timeline, progress delivery and client management generally falling within my scope of responsibilities. Furthermore, on a day-to-day basis, I liaised with , and managed a range of authors regarding projects while also designing and running the collection and management of both primary and secondary data sets.
