      Working with the Department of Outreach and Community Development, I initiated projects to enforce the connection between the Museum and the Tibetan population of NYC. In this position, I acted as an editor and liaison of the Himalayan Guide to NYC. This guide book compiled Himalayan-run businesses (restaurants, stores and destinations) into a portable and informative pamphlet. The project brought media attention to established Himalayan businesses, as well as allowed museum visitors to engage with the Himalayan community of NYC.
