  Managing several projects in the I&C (Industrial & Comercial) Billing Portfolio. Projects include implementing new systems, enhancing existing systems and providing consultancy for RWE npower. Worked on an International Programme - Infrastructure Consolidation (InfraCon). The programme migrated hundreds of applications and servers from various data centres in the UK to data centres in Germany. A core benefit was to create a more strategic and sustainable data centre strategy whilst reducing costs.

  Managed and lead various deliverables and work streams across four acquisition migrations starting with HSBC Life in 2015, Guardian Financial Services in 2016/17, Legal and General in 2018/20 and recently Quilter in 2021. Initially focused in IT infrastructure and moving into business driven work stream management, with a focus on cutover and joint implementation.Most recently lead the Digital work stream (budget over 5.5m) for the Quilter migration (800,000 policies) in a programme manager capacity, managing multiple project managers, mentoring and coaching to develop their capabilities.
